Dimitrios Zevgolis

Dimitrios Zevgolis was born in Athens. He obtained his Diploma of Physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He earned his PhD, titled "Laser Spectroscopy in small molecules", from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

TU Munich, Chemistry Dept.,  Associate Professor. University of Patras, Physics Dept.,  Associate Professor. Hellenic Open University, Patras. Since 2006 he is full Professor at the Hellenic Open University, School of Applied Arts, Patras.

He has taught in numerous European Masters courses for Optical Technologies in the frame of Erasmus action "Teaching mobility". Scientific interests: optical technologies and lighting design using LED technologies and optical fibres. He has publications in scientific journals and international conference proceedings.
