SHORT HISTORY
The School of Social Sciences is one of Hellenic Open University's four Schools, founded according to Act Ν.2552/97 and established as a body in 2005.

FIELD
The School of Social Sciences offers knowledge and skills in the field of social sciences, with particular emphasis on administrative and economic science.

ADMINISTRATION & OPERATION
The Dean's council is the supreme body of the School. 
The School has thirteen Academic Research Staff Members (3 Professors, 5 Associate Professors, 4 Assistant Professors and 1 Lecturer). 

COURSES
The School today offers seven courses (six postgraduate courses and one undergraduate course).
