{"id":23660,"date":"2022-02-28T07:49:51","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T05:49:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/2022\/02\/28\/diadiktyaki-koinotita-epaggelmaties-politismou-daissy\/"},"modified":"2022-02-28T08:01:22","modified_gmt":"2022-02-28T06:01:22","slug":"diadiktyaki-koinotita-epaggelmaties-politismou-daissy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/en\/2022\/02\/28\/diadiktyaki-koinotita-epaggelmaties-politismou-daissy\/","title":{"rendered":"HOU &#8211; DAISSy supports online community for the Cultural sector professionals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The DAISSy research group of the Hellenic Open University (http:\/\/daissy.eap.gr\/en\/) participates in the activities of the new project entitled \u201cMICA &#8211; Mu.SA International Community Activators\u201d, which is co-funded by the Erasmus + Programme 2021-2027. The small-scale <strong>MICA<\/strong> project (with a duration of 12 months) aims at creating a community of practice that will support personal and professional development and lifelong learning for Cultural sector professionals, especially Cultural Heritage professionals.<\/p>\n\n<p>The main goals of MICA are to include participants of a wider age to activities, to give a wider and multicultural approach to professional experience, to counter the isolation of Cultural sector professionals, to avoid social, age, sex, economic barriers in accessing high level professional training and to increase digital skills and access to new technologies.<\/p>\n\n<p>MICA project capitalizes on the results of project <strong>Mu.SA \u2013<\/strong><strong>Museum Skills Alliance<\/strong> and is addressed mainly, but not exclusively, to the learners who participated in any of the four Specialisation Courses of the project (on the emerging role \u2013 profiles: Digital Strategy Manager, Digital Collections Curator, Digital Interactive Experience Developer and Online Community Manager). These come from Greece, Italy and Portugal. The focus of the activities will be \u201c<em>How to manage and engage an active community for Cultural Institutions<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>kick-off meeting<\/strong> of the MICA project took place online, on January 28th, 2022, hosted by Cultura REPublic from Italy, Coordinator of the project. In the meeting participated also the partners Melting Pro, from Italy and Hellenic Open University \u2013 DAISSy, from Greece. . The first project meeting was dedicated to an overview on the MICA project. The discussion focused on the WORK CAF\u00c9s that will be organized during the project and on how they can be transformed from a face-to-face format to a digital one. More specifically, five WORK CAF\u00c9s on subjects of Heritage field will be organized: Wc1 Tools, Wc2 Cultural best practices, Wc3 other fields best practices, Wc4 Crowdfunding, Wc5 Guests.
