The second (2nd<\/sup>) Transnational Partners\u2019 Meeting (TPM) of the \u201cCLIP:<\/strong> <\/strong>Critical<\/strong> <\/strong>visual<\/strong> <\/strong>media<\/strong> <\/strong>Literacy<\/strong> <\/strong>and<\/strong> <\/strong>empowerment<\/strong>\u201d  european co-funded project took place on the 27th <\/sup>and 28th <\/sup>of April 2023 in Athens (Greece).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CLIP project aims to strengthen the digital capabilities of the Higher Education (HE) sector by boosting the resilience to information overload, manipulation and polarization, mitigating the risks of bias in visual representations by providing young people (within and outside Universities) with the capacity to critically understand media and images and the way those are used in education, news and online narratives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2nd<\/sup> TPM was hosted by the DAISSy Research Group of the <\/strong>Hellenic Open University (HOU)<\/strong>, with the participation of the project Coordinator, UNIMED – UNIONE DELLE UNIVERSITA DEL MEDITERRANEO<\/strong> (Italy), as well as all the partners: LIBERA UNIVERSITA DI LINGUE E COMUNICAZIONE-IULM <\/strong>(Italy) and ALL DIGITAL<\/strong> (Belgium). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
