{"id":58701,"date":"2025-05-29T09:48:30","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T06:48:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/?p=58701"},"modified":"2025-05-29T09:53:07","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T06:53:07","slug":"daissy-hou-invites-you-to-the-international-conference-on-inclusive-steam-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/en\/2025\/05\/29\/daissy-hou-invites-you-to-the-international-conference-on-inclusive-steam-education\/","title":{"rendered":"DAISSy-HOU invites you to the International Conference on Inclusive STEAM Education"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u03a4he <strong>DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU)<\/strong> invites you to participate in the <strong>International Conference<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00abInclusive STEAM Education\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the final conference of the European project \u00ab<strong>Special Education STEAM Academy (SpicE)<\/strong>\u00bb, which was implemented under the coordination of the Hellenic Open University and the Scientific Supervision of Achilles Kameas, Professor of School of Science and Technology, HOU and Director of DAISSy Research Group. <a><strong>SpicE<\/strong> is an important European project, <strong>combining STEAM Education<\/strong> <\/a>(Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) <strong>with Inclusive Education, <\/strong>and facilitates open dialogue to promote the transformation of the Educational Framework to embrace STEAM Education for children with mild learning disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/spice-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58702\" style=\"width:249px;height:121px\" width=\"249\" height=\"121\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/spice-1.jpg 409w, https:\/\/www.eap.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/spice-1-300x146.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 249px) 100vw, 249px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The international conference is <strong>taking place in person and online on 30 &amp; 31 May 2025 at the<\/strong> <strong>Conference Hall of the Hellenic Open University (Building D, <\/strong>Aristotelous 18 str., Perivola, Patras), with parallel broadcasting (<strong>live-streaming) <\/strong>through <strong>YouTube<\/strong>, using the respective&nbsp;
