The activity took place in person on July 21\u201322, 2025, as part of the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/projectscale.eu\/\">SCALe \u2013 Smart City ASEAN Learning Network<\/a>\u201d European project. It was co-organized by the <a href=\"http:\/\/daissy.eap.gr\/en\">DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU)<\/a>, the Greek partner of SCALe, and the National University of Management of Cambodia (NUMC). It was hosted at the university\u2019s facilities in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with the primary goal of transferring know-how from European to Asian universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DAISSy-HOU contributed by co-organising and also by delivering presentations on technological, structural, and educational topics.
