The Department of Education has the competence and responsibility of methodical and effective management and administrative coordination of all academic and educational issues related to enrollment, transfers, student registers, study guides, utilization and development of appropriate educational material and teaching method, establishment of curricula and consequently the administrative and technical support as well as planning of educational programs.
The responsibilities of the Department of Education also include the general academic development of EAP through programs of cooperation with University Institutions at home and abroad, the administrative support and the maintenance of the register of doctoral candidates.
Specifically, the Department is responsible for the following:
- Establishments / modifications of undergraduate and postgraduate Curricula, Thesis, Study Guides, Regulations, Thesis, preparation for enrollment / re-enrollment of students, study and written work schedules, examination material, diploma form studyand registry software
- Defining admission requirements, number of places of study, offered theses, preparation of invitations for expression of interest
- Professional rights, pedagogical competence
- Keeping a register of doctoral candidates, scheduling diploma thesis presentations, actions for issuing academic IDs
- Drafting of the Acts provided by the current legislation regarding Curricula, Laboratories, Thes, Regulations.
