The H.O.U. Scholarship Regulation (here) provides all the information required for the criteria and the procedure followed.
For the Study Programs with annual Thematic Units the applications are submitted from November to December of each academic year. For the Study Programs with semestrial Thematic Units the applications are submitted from November to December for the winter semester and from April to May for the spring semester of each academic year.
Notifications will be posted in the University’s website www.eap.gr and will be sent the students’ academic email.
Your application should be submitted online in the platform dev.eap.gr when the procedure starts. Students use their academic credentials to enter the platform.
Students that have applied for a scholarship will be informed via their academic email after the completion of the procedure.
In case the candidate for scholarship is married or has contracted a civil union, the sum of the income of both spouses is taken into account.
Students enrolled in joint Post-graduate Study Programs are not eligible to receive social criteria-based scholarships.
Students are not required to submit an application in order to receive an academic excellence scholarship as the responsible department holds the procedure automatically.
Students that are entitled to an academic excellence scholarship are informed by email after the completion of the procedure.
Students enrolled in joint Post-graduate Study Programs are not eligible to receive academic excellence scholarships.
The applications are submitted during the academic year/semester and students are informed about all the necessary information and deadlines in their academic email.
The discount concerns: a) Spouses b) parents with unmarried children (their familial status has never changed) c) unmarried siblings considered dependents members (their familial status has never changed) and at the same time they study in HOU Program Studies (not Joint Study Programs).
The application for the 20% discount is submitted online in dev.eap.gr when the procedure starts when the students enter with their academic credentials.
Students enrolled in joint Post-graduate Study Programs are not eligible to receive a 20% discount in the tuition fees.
Eligible for the discount is only the applicant who attends a HOU Study Program (not a Joint).
The results of the 20% discount is subsequent to the scholarships (academic excellence Scholarship and scholarship on social criteria) offered by the University according to the H.O.U. Scholarship Regulation. The results are usually announced in autumn of each academic year. Scholarship recipients are notified to their academic email.
