DAISSy-HOU participated in the 3rd Transnational Partners’ Meeting of the “WorkingSmart” EU Project in Rome

On 2^nd and 3^rd February 2023, the 3^rd Transnational Partners’ Meeting (TPM) of the “WorkingSmart-Smart working and Open Learning” EU project, took place in Rome (Italy). 

The WorkingSmart EU project aims to broaden the skill set of Human Resource managers in public and private organizations, including owners and managers in micro and small companies, and empower them to be capable of creating environments conducive to smart working. 

Hosted by the “aiComply”, Italian project partner, the two-day TPM involved all project partners from five (5) European countries, namely: IPRA (France), Hellenic Open University-HOU (Greece), aiComply (Italy), CPU GZS (Slovenia), InMedia and Open University of Catalonia-UOC (Spain). 

The DAISSy Research Group of the HOU, Greek project partner, participated in the TPM and was represented by Mrs Vicky Maratou, DAISSy’s Project Manager and Senior researcher, who presented the draft version of Module 5 – Smart Leadership 2 (tech, trust, change). She explained the purpose of this specific module and the benefits for the trainees attending it.
