The Hellenic Open University (HOU) and the DAISSy Research Group invite you to the to the online event entitled “Expert Consultation on Visual Media Literacy in Education”, which is organized within the framework of the “Critical Visual Media Literacy and Fluency (CLIP)” european project, currently undergoing by DAISSy-HOU as the Greek partner. The event takes place online via zoom, on Thursday 28th March 2024, from 11:00 to 12:30 CET.
The main objectives of the event are:
To discuss and enrich the Guidelines and Recommendations elaborated to support academic staff and educators in developing sustainable strategies to embed visual media literacy in their learning offers.
To engage with like-minded professionals on the topics of Visual Media Literacy, teaching programs, and training.To engage with like-minded professionals on the topics of Visual Media Literacy, teaching programs, and training.

- The event will be held in English.
- Participation is free of charge and open to all.
- Registration is open until the day of the event.
