The DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU), the Greek partner of the “Entrepreneurial and Innovation Proficiency: A Way to Digital Agenda-EPIDA” European project, organises the first major dissemination event entitled “University and the Social and Solidarity Economy: Innovation Ecosystems”. The event takes place on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 am (EEST), in Athens, Greece (at the ETERON venue).
Honorably, the Directorate of Social and Solidarity Economy of the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family of Greece, takes part in this event, which brings together representatives from Higher Education and Research with actors from Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) sector. Aiming at fostering meaningful dialogue on the role of higher education in advancing Social Innovation, emphasis will be put on exploring current needs and challenges, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration between Higher Education and the SSE ecosystem.
