The DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU) invites you to register to the Training of Trainers (ToT) course, which is being held as part of the implementation of the European project “Tour-X” currently undergoing by the Research Group, as the Greek partner. This is a project of the Center of Vocational Excellence (COVE) for the Tourism Industry, which aims to foster excellence in this sector through a “bottom-up” approach.
Specifically, the Tour-X training course focuses on the professional development of Tourism Educators and Trainers, enabling them to support the updated curricula developed by Tour-X, within the framework of the Hospitality Labs.
More precisely, regarding the ToT course:
- It starts on Monday, May 4, 2026.
- It has a total duration of forty (40) hours.
- It includes four (4) Modules, of 10-hour each, as follows:
1. Sustainability, Green Transition, and Climate Crisis
2. Digitalization & New Technologies
3. Cultural Heritage, Education in Arts & History of Territories, Sustainable Development
4. Social Inclusion & Accessibility
- It is provided free of charge and is available in Greek, Flemish, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese.
- Registration is open already and until April 30, 2026.
